Many people want to improve their confidence, and there are many techniques, Mind Power, to make the process easier and more efficient. Unfortunately, most people try to “force” their thoughts to reflect on themselves in a more confidence. A good example is the use of affirmations. Affirmations are certainly used, and can be a good technique to gain the confidence, the problem is that it takes a long time to get good results with this method, see.
But can circumvent the spirit of feeding techniques and awareness to help develop a confident attitude of most unconscious level – where it matters most. Do you say that you yourself that you are safe and successful does not really have a big impact on your basic personality. The reason is that to obtain the confidence and esteem of a deeper part of the mind – your subconscious. To limit the “breakthrough” of your mind, you have to appeal directly to your subconscious and deep inner conviction that you might not always conscious. This is where it makes sense to power techniques, using a distinct advantage.
Some examples of techniques that can affect the subconscious, is the use of subliminal suggestion, hypnosis, self hypnosis, with “leading question” affirmations, visualization and “reframing” techniques. All these bypass consciousness and the unconscious directly to change your deepest beliefs and attitudes.
Many studies have shown that hypnosis, for example, a change in the behavior of human influence, but do not really understand why. This is because they are affected in the most unconscious level. This is an excellent example of the way with Mind Power techniques can change the behavior and possibly improve our quality of life.
A recent double-blind study in an Israeli university (Hassin, 2007 shown) subliminal images of either Israeli or Palestinian flag volunteers. The results of the study was intriguing, to say the least. People, subliminal images of flags were displayed really changed their political point of view (and even their voting behavior in the upcoming Israeli elections), is based on the flag they have been proven.
It is interesting to note that none of the persons who participated in the study acknowledged that it was a subliminal image of a flag had been exposed, and post-study questionnaires, they believed they did not change their political beliefs at all, even if preliminary questionnaire before the study has given evidence to the contrary.
Many other studies have shown similar results, suggesting that the techniques of mind power subliminal like are recorded not only by the mind, but have an influence on our behavior.
The same types of techniques can be used in a positive way to improve confidence, overcome phobias, and even mitigate the effects of depression. Since the early days of hypnosis, it was observed that people can be manipulated to think and behave differently depending on the power of suggestion. These days there are a variety of mind power techniques available to solve a variety of issues of self-help.
Some of the most common uses for Mind Power Techniques to lose weight in order to increase confidence in order to attract the opposite sex, quit smoking, addicted to drinking, gambling or other activities, and save even more success and wealth.
Unfortunately, most of these techniques have not been studied in detail, looking more necessary before scientists as the most effective, which may mean a positive change. However, many people swear by the techniques of mind power, such as visualization, and subliminal CDs and software, or self-hypnosis. And even if it’s just a placebo effect “that causes changes in behavior, at the end of the day, it is not really important. Anything that makes a positive impact on individual lives – such as the strengthening of trust – is certainly useful and worthy of our attention.
