The swelling of the legs? Can I get rid of?

I work as a waitress for a few days a week to make a little money, and generally when I work, I’m on my feet for about 10 hours left. When I get home, my legs are swollen 2x their normal size. I can also feel really bad and they are swollen, and they insist. I also notice that are normally on a daily basis when I wake in the morning, my calves, but at night they are larger. Does anyone have any ideas what is and how can I do better? I am a busy person and for planning an appt DRS is a big pain for me, he would see is a really a last resort! Thank you! only a few things that can help. . . I drink lots of water and fluids and try to eat healthily. I am a vegetarian and I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but I also try to have a high protein intake, because I get no meat proteins. I am not overweight. . . I train five days a week and I’m 5’2 “and 103 lbs. My body is pretty low overall, except for my legs, so they also anschwellen.Ich definitely do not have time to run to the bathroom at work! Usually I’m lucky if I bar a little more protein and eat a bottle of water! While compression stockings are a good idea, I am absolutely not suffer low / pantyhose / whatever is on my legs because as soon as they begin to swell I want to be strangled, thank you for all the answers, but so far I’ll try some of your suggestions: )

    This is called edema. Swelling of the extremities. Take a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory before work and every 4-6 hours while you’re at work. Drink plenty of water and sit down and put your feet up whenever you get a break, it does not matter if it’s for two minutes, you can always just not suck verwalten.Waiting tables true?
