  1. After reading other reviews, I bought this book with high expectations. I was very disappointed. The book lacks detail and contains too casual, trivial and anecdotal information. For example, the author explains that public records are listed in alphabetical order, he gives great examples, mobile office equipment to buy and describes over and over the Internet is wonderful, however, glosses over some important details such current examples, which are exactly you notice in the public records and examples of how, when a company is worth or not. He talks about the due diligence and that we get the public records search on information from 50 different locations. He even goes to the story of a woman who have not done enough research and a $ 19,000 tax lien attached before the end of the said property foreclosure. Even if he shows no example or records or how to use these documents to determine if a company is worth or not.
