I work for a bank downtown and a working mother my options are limited to the advancement in my company. Certainly, we can help and Executive MBA MBA route seems possible. I do not see CEO of the bank, I'm not that kind, but the delivery of education and types of projects and beginning work and family seems attractive. After reading this book, "Executive" is just the name of the style of education provision and most of those participating in the EMBA are simply aspiring professionals to move forward as I did with some 10 or more years of professional experience. The section for working mothers has been excellent and the test program, and testimonials from real women has been great. I recommend this book to anyone interested in an MBA. Useful and practical advice.Rating: 5.5

As he managed to recruit MBA and development programs in the dynamic environments of global business, I could have greatly benefited from practical advice and guidance in the Executive MBA offered to Insiders Guide. This book gives a good overview of the employee and employer perspectives and offers valuable advice for organizations with a variety of important topics: the combination of graduate education initiatives to financial affairs mission select program participants address the formulation and evaluation of sponsorship agreements to deal with the end of the program the author gives for everyone.
This book is an excellent resource for all organizations to develop and retain outstanding leaders. Senior management may consider the establishment and management of MBA programs for executives and talented professionals who are attracted to these programs. The author is logical, focused and strategic approach to a managed program, creating the best results from the synergy of Graduate Studies and the organization's mission is clearly defined.
manage and retain the most talented managers in a dynamic and comprehensive approach is a challenge. By necessity, my approach to recruiting and developing smart, assertive and self-adaptive from MBA, which was a deliberate action, and could blend in various business environments overall. In this mode, with leadership experience geographically distributed around the world, I encouraged the autonomy of local management direct talented MBA professionals who move across different departments or companies: this approach can be effective if a professional mobile top can navigate. Although this approach is a natural setting for talent can lead to flourish, they can also create a chaotic state in which talent can not be busy or even suppressed. Perspectives and guidelines proposed in this book, organizations can alleviate or avoid and the risks of loss associated with errors in the development of human resources, which can occur in dynamic and global organizations for help. Small emerging companies, which should also be offered to the rapid adoption of sponsorship ideas in this book. . .
My experience in managing and monitoring a number of approaches to the management of graduate programs has convinced me that most programs are "home" and can measure their effectiveness in improving employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Senior managers and human resource management could be a great advantage offered from the perspective of this book. As the U.S. economy continue to compete on a global basis for management talent, I do to stiffen the competition and the bar is high, which requires organizations to create win a thoughtful and integrated global development and conservation its future direction, and develop future leaders in the ranks of the talented and ambitious professionals accredited MBA.Rating: 5.5

I'm an IT manager job, but the search for alternative employment, because growth opportunities are limited with my background. My position is that the management of the environment, but I can not my job to expand my horizons. I had no idea existed EMBA programs at all. This book gave me a new perspective on work and learning. He opened a door to a possible future with a host of useful ideas and practices, including the resources of a major concern. I also see EMBA programs can be very flexible, but demanding and diverse, with a multitude of opportunities that match my interests. I love comments from those who have gone through the Executive MBA programs, and really appreciate the wide range of people to attend these programs. The book is clear, concise, well written and reflects an enormous amount of research.Rating: 5.4
