Start off enterprise. Million dollar query?

I’m want to start my own online business. I will be an affiliate of another company, they are asking for 100 dollars a month to sell products from there company. I have my own url for every thing i can sell.I will create my own site and promote my site not theres however i will give them credit at the bottom page,where i would put all the logos of everything im selling own my site. How do i just use the company i will be paying 100 dollars/mo to do make my website my way the right way so i wont get get in trouble with the law.

In my opinion, why do you have to pay a company to sell their products? I have built my own web-site and business for a ton less than you will be paying them in a year.
I have used a great program called SBI to build my own web-site and from there affiliate for tons of companies. (None of them charge me to sell their product!) You will have your own URL, that you choose and your own business. If I were you I’d be doing some heavy comparison shopping!
