Great content. , couldn’t agree more. The mental game is as much a part of sport, as the technical!
If people don’t realize how important a role “the mental” plays in sports, they will never ever be able to compete at the highest level of their respectives.
I destroyed my Confidence When I tryed a backflip on skiis and not landed
And Now im Scard To try it agen :(
I am starting to get better but when play hockey I let in a soft goal every once in a while. in my mixed martial arts training I close my eyes when a punch comes in even when the strike is not hard enough to do any real damage and that I have been trainging for 4 years.
I wrestle and im pretty good. Every time i weigh in i size up my opponents and think to myself im going to lose. If i had self confidence i feel i would have placed in states with out any problems. Also my endurance is shit and im lazy.
