Sport Psychology: Confidence competitive Under Pressure

Confidence is the number one mental skill that must have your young athlete to succeed in sports and life! Self-confidence is the number one mental barrier that athletes blocks of success.
After a high level of trust is so important that I spend most of my time, how to develop training for students and uses the power of trust.
I just received an email from a parent concerned about his son sport “folding” under the pressure of big games. She said: “In big games, losing his confidence too easily and does not seem to work well in practice but looks like a million dollars.”
It is a very common challenge that I can help athletes to overcome, and is high confidence (or as I call it “competitive confidence attached). In my book, there is a big difference between the practice of self-confidence and competition of self-confidence.
Anyone can look good and confident in practice, however, is the challenge that the same high confidence in the competition and great games and good performance in these situations.

Some athletes are blessed with a high degree of confidence in their abilities, and it shows in competition.
You could be the parents positive athletes in the world, but can hold in spite of your positive parenting, your son or daughter, doubt and negative self-labels (eg, “I’m choking in big games.”) Set strict limits, or is its performance.
