How has the Bush philosophy of ‘privatization’ worked? Is this a way to grow to be wealthy at taxpayer expense?
Every thing I read exhibits that privitization indicates shoddy merchandise, contacts not completed or delivered, programs that dont perform….simply because the individuals at the top of these applications are enriching themselves and not delivering the goods or services they promised. What are your experiences? this may vary from state to state
