I do not want to refinance my house, or use my savings to open a salon. I wanted $ 125,000 to leihen.Weil I'm not buying the building in which I opened my salon, I was turned down by 10 stinking banks - all tell me that if I, the building (yeah ... it is to buy a giant shopping mall) for me then and only then, they feel as if I had the right kind of security for convenience. Oh - and they lend me $ 250,000 or more to establish the purchase of the building in my living room. WTF? Long story short, I rented my own savings for my buildout, my equipment and told the SBA freaking bite me. Been in business five years ago, I paid all my leases after the second 8 years and return the buildout of money in the next year - and all the profits is now mine. When I started my research and my company told me that an accountant is less than 1% of all companies take for SBA to support their request. I do not think so, but after 86'd the top 10 banks, I believe it now. . . Phuck the SBVg. Wenn I can do it myself, anyone can.
