Find a business to start excellent little book?

I was overwhelmed by the selection of books for people interested in starting a small business. I am also tired of books with great motivation lint. Does anyone have recommendations for a book simply used the facts that give me right now? I am planning to open a coffee and I am very knowledgeable about the coffee industry. . . However, I need something that gives me a guideline on the process starting at the end.
