- Make country Y increase trade barriers and tariffs for importing, but creating loopholes so only country X can get through without any barriers and dominate.
- Make country Y privatize some infrastructure (free of charge) like roads, highways, and tunnels; Give no bid contract awards to Country X, country x imposes high priced tolls.
- Make country Y give 80% government contracts in various sectors to Country X companies.

What else? Maybe make free economic zones with legislative rights, and collect taxes?

I was always invisible and barely noticed, and have done nothing bad, unless not paying for lunch for one day has ruined my life :/
At lunch the lunch ladies would spread plates around and keep doing it so that there is never one plate. Then when it’s my turn at the line (Line waiting for lunch) there is always one plate there with a messed up salad and there was a FLY on it. And I waited a few secs for the lunch ladies to make more lunches, but they just stood there and stared at me. I could see that they have NOT run out of lunches nor plates. Then they would say “what are you waiting for? your holding up the line!!”

At classes, whoever was assigned next to me, would always move their chair like a foot away from me. It hurts me :(

When the classroom ran out of tissues, my teacher told me to get more tissues from the nurse, because the nurse has a million boxes of them (I seen her closet the last time I asked for tissues)
When I arrived and asked if I can get my class more tissues the nurse turned away from her computer and asked “Why” I told her that I ran out of tissues at homeroom and then she told me to buy my own.

At homeroom, whenever someone forgets their homework, my teacher just lets it go. But when I forget it (For the first time) My teacher lectured me in front of the whole class and threatened detention. :(

Is this supposed to happen at middle school???

this midnight nurse that works with the nurse’s assistant(cna) is wicked. she has poured water in residents diapers in efforts to get nurse’s assistants fired. she lies on them and nitpicks with alot of cenas to the point where some will either quit or get fired. many ppl loathe this woman, when her mother passed away no one felt sorry for her. there are only a few regulars that are lucky enough to still have a job.

apparently this wicked nurse has not be penalized for her behavior because she is friends with the head administator
i have been working at this job for almost 3 months and I am her new target. i know she has it in for me but i really want to put an end to this…are there any organizations out there that will help?

In both of these services, there is a pretty good chance I will be spending 1+ year on a ship. I want to use some of my free time to get a graduate degree(s?). I don’t want to take online course from money-making places like U. of Phoenix, but schools like Illinois, PSU, state schools that have good online programs for graduate work in Poli Sci or Criminal Justice related fields.

Do most online state schools have Masters programs? But do they have PhD programs?

Will the degree look like the same degree that was earned on campus? Or will it say “Online” somewhere on it?
